| About: I'm a fully qualified CompTIA A+ certified PC Technician. For many, many happy years I was a Field Technician for the service division of a major retailer visiting my customers in their homes and offices repairing PC's, installing new computers and laptops as well as setting up wireless networks etc. Throughout those years, I'd been asked hundreds of times if I 'did private work on the side' - I always had to say no because of a 'conflict of interests' clause in the contract I had. So here I am now with no such contractual restraints. I'm passionate about keeping up-to-date with technology and providing fantastic customer service as I have done for over 20 years! Any PC faults, quirks or niggles I've probably seen a thousand times before and I can get it sorted quickly, usually in just one visit.
